Athletistic/ Formula 1. Saudi Arabia will host the first round of the 2024 F1 season after agreeing to host the Grand Prix before the start of Ramadan.
Formula 1 has signed a lucrative 10-year deal to hold races in Saudi Arabia from 2021. In future, there are plans to move racing from the Jeddah circuit to the new city of Qiddiya.
In 2024, Ramadan begins on Sunday March 10 and will last until April 9. This means that the season will most likely start at the very beginning of March.
