Since 2016, fans choose the “Rider of the Day” based on the results of each race by taking part in a poll on the official website.
This year, nineteen of the twenty-two racers who started made the top five after 22 races, all except Bottas, Stroll and Hulkenberg.
Last year Max Verstappen was most often named the “Rider of the Day”, he is also the leader in terms of the number of votes cast per season. In second place – Charles Leclerc, in third – Lewis Hamilton.
