Hamilton mentioned the terms of retirement

Lewis Hamilton’s contract with Mercedes expires at the end of this year, but both the team and the seven-time world champion have expressed their desire to continue the partnership. It is very likely that the new agreement will be the last for Lewis in Formula 1 – the British driver even mentioned the conditions under which he would hang a racing helmet from a nail.

“If we fought all season at the front in 2022, who knows what my decision would be now,” Racingnews365 quoted Lewis Hamilton as saying. – I believe that every year the rider should ask himself if he is ready to continue working with exactly the same dedication, if not more, than at the beginning of his career. Is the rider ready to constantly train and work with the team to achieve success?

If at some point I realize that I am acting out of inertia and going with the flow, it means I no longer deserve a place in Formula 1 and I have to stop.

I wonder if I can keep doing my best and do I want to? Now my answer is “Yes”.
