We have already covered rumors that former Caterham and Renault F1 team principal Cyril Abiteboul will continue his career at Hyundai. Now it has been officially announced – Abitebul has signed a contract with Hyundai Motorsport and will lead the factory team of the Korean concern in the World Rally Championship.
In addition, Abiteboul will be responsible for Hyundai’s private racing programs.
