Former Formula 1 driver Stoffel Vandorn became Formula E champion last year, switched to DS PENSKE and hopes to repeat this success in the ninth season of the series…
Stoffel Vandorn: “I am still very proud of what I achieved last season. Stability has become a key factor. Work ethic and mental preparation helped me get consistent results every weekend, which is very stressful in Formula E.
I switched teams and joined a team that had great success in the past. I feel that together, taking into account my experience gained over four years in Formula E, we can reach the highest goal.
Our ambitions are very high. Our common goal is to fight for wins and titles – and I really hope we will succeed.
My partner in DS PENSKE will be Jean-Eric Vergne. We have known each other for a long time, but for the first time we are going to work together. Together we have many victories and podiums, this experience will help the team and we will motivate each other to achieve the maximum.”
