“Well, first of all I think Charles is doing a fantastic job. He’s a great driver and he really deserves the right to drive a competitive car. Leclerc deserves the opportunity to fight for the championship as a driver. But, I think they need to fix the problem.
Everything must be perfect to win the championship. I think when you have a season like this it’s important to get it right. If you start changing something and you change the wrong way, it may not have a very good effect on the results,” Massa said.
