The AlphaTauri team in New York presented the livery of the new car – it was initially stressed that this would only be a presentation of the AT04 design, not the car itself. Therefore, there were no special ceremonies: when it was already well past midnight in Moscow, a two-minute video appeared on the team’s YouTube channel, devoted not even to a car, but to a new collection of clothes from the AlphaTauri brand.
It was also posted on the team’s social media pages, accompanied by the following comment: “Introducing the AT04 and the AlphaTauri Fall/Winter 2023 collection! Live from New York Fashion Week.
After some time, studio photos of the car also appeared – some changes took place in the color scheme, in particular, red inserts appeared in connection with the logos of the Polish oil and gas company Orlen, the new sponsor of the team from Faenza. Of course, a lot of space on the AT04’s body and aerodynamic components is given to other AlphaTauri partners.
In general, we can say that the car, or rather the war paint, makes a good impression. How she will go and what results Yuki Tsunode and Nick de Vries will achieve in 2023 is another question, the answer of which we will learn over time.
