Athletistic/ Formula 1. Thai driver “Williams” Alex Albon commented on the incident that occurred during the Monaco Grand Prix.

Alex Albon did not let Charles Leclerc pass, when he was already a circle behind him.
“It wasn’t easy because we were on slicks and we had a pace advantage. It would take me three laps to let Charles through and I would be ahead of him again. I felt like I would have to overtake him again if I missed,” Albon said.
Additionally, the pilot stated that he was confused by the commands on the radio.

Charles Leclerc finished fourth in Monaco, without succeeding in getting ahead of Max Verstappen.
