Formula 1 and London football club Tottenham Hotspur have announced a 15-year strategic partnership. As part of the collaboration, an electric rental go-kart track will be opened at the stadium and a go-kart school will be set up with the support of Formula 1.
Stefano Domenicali, Executive Director of Formula 1: “We continue to grow our sport around the world and partnering with a brand like Tottenham Hotspur allows Formula 1 and motorsport to reach new and diverse audiences. The go-kart track will be a place where families, friends and aspiring racers from all over the world can experience motorsport.
Formula 1 and Tottenham Hotspur have a shared vision to create life-changing career opportunities that encourage diversity and inclusion, such as the newly established F1 Academy. In addition, we strive together for ecological sustainability. Our innovative collaboration will bring these plans to life.”
