Pilot “Aston Martin” Fernando Alonso set the fastest time in the second free practice session of the first stage of the Formula 1 championship – the Bahrain Grand Prix.
The Spanish driver set the fastest lap in 1 minute 30.907 seconds. Second was reigning world champion Max Verstappen at Red Bull (+0.169).
The third result was shown by Verstappen’s teammate Sergio Perez (+0.171).
On Saturday March 4, the third free practice and qualifying for the Bahrain Grand Prix will take place.
