Haas F1 is unhappy with Friday’s results but expects to improve on Saturday…
Gunther Steiner, Team Principal: “Not the best Friday – there were too many problems, but still the second practice was better than the first, so we just have to work more. We are using Saturday practice to better prepare for qualifying.
In the morning Kevin was not feeling well, Mick had some problems with the suspension, which will have to be fixed. I hope everything will be better tomorrow.”
Kevin Magnussen (16th): “In the morning I was unwell, but I could do a few laps and feel the car. I hope I’ll be better tomorrow, focus on my work and have a good qualifying again.
You have to work on the balance with a small amount of fuel, while with full tanks everything looks better. That’s what we’re going to focus on.”
Mick Schumacher (18th): “Great track, smooth and fast – it was interesting to work. Not without problems, we try to solve them. Tomorrow should be better.”
