Athletistic/Formula-1. Mercedes driver George Russell has backed Formula 1 boss Stefano Domenicali’s advice to reduce the number of free practices.
“We don’t have any tests, and in my opinion, one session is enough to do everything necessary. Formula 1 is the pinnacle of motorsport, and I don’t want us not to have the opportunity to try something new.”
I don’t think it’s fair that in Formula 1 there are three times as many practices as in the junior series. They need to get more training,” Russell said as quoted by RaceFans.
