At the end of 2022, the new racing oil SINTEC Racing 10W-60 proved its effectiveness during the Russian Drift Championship and has been available from retail and online marketplaces since March this year.
The fully synthetic SINTEC Racing 10W-60 motor oil has been specially developed for the performance of the FRESH AUTO DRIFT racing team in the Russian Drift Series RDS GP in the 2022 season.
The product is designed to maximize the life of sports engines with high compression ratios.
Thanks to a fully synthetic base and a high-tech additive package, SINTEC Racing 10W-60 sports oil offers the properties necessary for racing: it reliably protects the engine against overheating, keeps engine parts clean and has a high oxidation resistance.
Artem Chaltsev, Director of Research and Development at SINTEC Lubricants: “In order to develop a first-class product, we carried out a series of tests. In the first phase, all physical and chemical parameters of the formulation were thoroughly tested in the laboratory, confirming that the requirements of car manufacturers were met.
Then the oil samples were bench tested as close to real conditions as possible. In the last part, they checked the oils in the engines of racing cars participating in the competition. The successful completion of numerous tests has confirmed that the new product will operate stably and efficiently at maximum loads and speeds.”
Nikita Migal, technical director of the FRESH AUTO DRIFT racing team: “Engine oil is one of the most important elements for successful performance in competitions. Drifting is primarily a technical sport and the team’s primary job is to ensure the reliability of the power plant, which operates in the cut-off throughout the race.
Under such operating conditions, the oil in the engine experiences exorbitant temperature and dynamic loads, which means that the highest demands are made on its quality and performance characteristics.
During the RDS GP 2022 season, Sintec Racing oil has proven to be stable, therefore, under the current circumstances, the Russian product can serve as a worthy replacement for foreign brands that have left the market.”
