Athletistic / Formula 1 Formula 1 are considering adding South Africa to the World Cup calendar for next season, according to the Daily Mail.

Formula 1 boss Stefano Domenicali will travel to South Africa for a short visit next week to discuss details, according to the source. If the problem is resolved positively, then the race will be organized by the Kyalami circuit, which can accommodate 100,000 people. The track is located in the province of Gauteng, not far from Johannesburg.

Remember that the last Formula 1 Grand Prix on the African continent took place in 1993, almost 30 years ago. The stage took place in South Africa, and was the first on the calendar of the season.
