Nico Hulkenberg is looking forward to a weekend in Miami where he has not played before…
Q: Last year you were on stage in Miami as a reserve pilot. What do you think of this circuit and the weekend in general?
Nico Hulkenberg: I will get to know the track in free practice on Friday, but I’ve already done a few laps on the road car – and I liked it. I am looking forward to driving here in Formula 1.
The stage is very popular and successful, I have never seen such a large paddock and starting field as in Miami. Everything looks very cool.
Q: For Haas F1, this is the first home round of the season. What do you expect from him?
Nico Hulkenberg: There is no doubt that the stage will be exciting for us, as will the race. Meetings are scheduled with many partners and guests, but on the track we will give our best as usual.
Q: You made your debut in Formula 1 in 2010. How has our sport changed during this time?
Nico Hulkenberg: The usual race weekend is the same as in 2012. Sprint weekends are organized differently, but in general I think the development of the sport over the years is mostly positive.
