REC: The Moscow Grand Prix opens the season

On May 14, the participants of the Russian series of endurance races REC of the 2023 season will go to the first start of the main “long” races in Russia.

The first and second legs of this year’s four-hour marathon will be run in the form of a two-stage Moscow Grand Prix at the Moscow Raceway circuit near Moscow. Entrance for spectators from 12.30 pm. Match starts at 3:00 PM.

The list of participants according to the rules of the competition will be published after passing the administrative check. However, a record number of competitors for the latest history of the championship has already been announced for the first leg – more than 25 crews on various vehicles, including Mercedes AMG, Marussia GT, Lamborghini Gallardo, BMW M-series, KTM X-BOW, Porsche, Toyota Supra, sports prototypes and many others. A total of 32 crews and 76 pilots have already signed up for the season.

This year, the spectators of the autodrome not only have an exciting race with powerful sports cars in five different classes, but the organizers have also prepared an extensive entertainment program for visitors of all ages.

On the program: a race taxi, track sessions in charged sports cars, tours of the team boxes and the race track, a car slalom for children, a wheelie car, a sky lift in a balloon and even helicopter flights.

A variety of food courts and souvenir tents are at the service of spectators. Spectator access opens at 12:30 pm, tickets of various categories can be purchased at www.superrace.ru.

For those who will not be able to come to the circuit, as always, a live broadcast will be organized on TV Start channels and in the ROSGONKI group on VK.
