Athletistic/ Formula 1. Former Formula 1 driver and British vice-world champion David Coulthard has spoken out about the possible appearance of a female driver in the “royal” races.
“I have always supported women in motorsport. I became part of a program that supports girls in karting.
The appearance of a woman in F-1? It’s just a matter of time. The aim is to get the girls into karting and give them the same support that Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen have received,” Coulthard said as quoted by Racingnews365.
