The Canadian Grand Prix is Lance Stroll’s home race. Aston Martin driver and his teammate Sebastian Vettel have revealed what they expect from this weekend’s race in Montreal.
Lance Walk: “Of course I’m very happy to be with my fans again and to be racing in Canada again! It’s a shame we haven’t been to Montreal in recent years, so there’s a lot of work to do now to get the car ready for the first sessions.
The team has made a lot of progress over the course of the season, so I hope we can do well on my home track.”
Sebastian Vettel: “It’s nice to be back on a track we haven’t ridden in a few years, but this break will make it harder to find a rhythm. It’s well worth it though, as the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve is a fantastic track and a great place to race.
The team has learned a lot from the previous stages, so the car gets better every weekend. I wonder what result in Montreal the work done will bring.
