Athletistic / Formula 1 British Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton commented on Friday’s 13th result of second practice at the Canadian Grand Prix.

“No matter what we do with this car, we don’t succeed. George and I had completely different settings in the second practice session – just to understand which ones work and which ones don’t. I can characterize my result with the word ‘disaster’: the condition of the car the more you do something to it, the worse it gets.

What we have is what we have, we have to keep working. This year it will be extremely difficult for us to change anything, so we will continue to work on the car with an eye on next year. Hopefully we can come up with something more overnight, but those are the fundamentals of the car. So it’s going to be tough,” Hamilton quoted Sky Sports.
