Athletistic/ Formula 1. Seven-time F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton says development of the Mercedes car is moving in the right direction, despite setbacks in 2022 and early 2023.
“I was not happy behind the wheel of the car for a year and a little more. But the step we took in Monaco took the development forward in the direction I had asked for. Little by little, we are restoring confidence in the platform that we have.” leads Hamilton’s words to Sky Sports.
Mercedes is second in the constructors’ standings, 199 points behind Red Bull.
