Sergio Perez: I hope I get stability again

Sergio Perez started from outside the top ten in four races in a row. At Silverstone, the Red Bull Racing driver said he and the team had found the source of the problems in qualifying and expressed confidence this weekend that he would show the form he had in the opening races of the season.

Sergio Perez «Last weekend was difficult for me, but I rested and recovered from the illness.

I hope at this stage my main rival in the race will no longer be Carlos Sainz. The last stage turned out to be hectic, but our car can do more than I did last weekend.

At Silverstone I expect to return to the form I showed earlier this season. We understand what was holding me back in the previous races and I hope that I can regain stability now and that we will continue to move forward until the end of the season.

I think the British circuit should suit our car well, because fast cornering is the RB19’s strong suit. Hopefully we will be faster than last weekend.”
