The Red Bull Racing team is confidently leading both championships, but the team will not stop there and continue to modernize the car, especially since all successful decisions in the conditions of stable technical regulations could come in handy next year.
We already mentioned the assumptions of the German edition of Auto Motor und Sport that the new aerodynamics prepared by the team for the Hungarian Grand Prix can add a few more tenths.
How everything will look in reality will become clear during the days of the race weekend, but the renewed side pontoons have already attracted general attention, distinguished by air intakes of a different shape: they have become wider, but at the same time their height has noticeably decreased, even compared to their second version, which the team has been using since winter testing. And the first was installed on RB19 only at the presentation.
If Red Bull Racing’s calculations are correct, and the new cars of Max Verstappen and Sergio Pérez really go faster, the team will be even closer to winning all races of the season – no one has succeeded in this in the history of Formula 1.
