At the Hungarian Grand Prix, the Alpine team brought some minor updates, but a more serious update package is in preparation for the race at Spa next week. Esteban Ocon hopes the work of Enstone’s engineers will help the team in a close battle with rivals.
Esteban Ocon: “At this stage we have made minor updates to the car, but we will have much more serious new items at Spa. It is nice to see that the team continues to work hard, because that is the only way to close the gap with the front runners.
Thanks to the novelties we have in Monaco, the team has taken a good step forward and now we must continue to act in the same spirit. The battle is very close – in recent stages we have seen how quickly McLaren closed the gap, but we also want to move forward. I hope the novelties allow to add.
