The Monegasque’s best time is 1 minute 17.686 seconds. Second was McLaren’s Lando Norris (+0.015), the top three was closed by Pierre Gasly (Alpin, +0.232).
Championship leader Max Verstappen (Red Bull) posted the 11th result (+0.593).
The third practice and qualifying will take place on Saturday. The Hungarian Grand Prix will take place on Sunday.
