Rosberg warns Verstappen against complacency

Nico Rosberg has no doubt that Max Verstappen can already be counted among the best drivers in Formula 1 history, but he nevertheless warned the two-time world champion against the temptation to rest on his laurels.

In 2023, the Dutch Red Bull Racing driver is on his way to his third title, having already won 10 wins in 12 Grands Prix, and this number will only grow in the second half of the season.

“It is generally believed that anyone who has achieved great success should be careful not to become complacent,” the 2016 world champion reasoned on Sky Sports. – Max is now in such good shape that it is unlikely that any of the opponents can pose a real threat to him. But usually there is the danger of relaxing and losing motivation, so Verstappen needs to remember this and not let it get to that point.

However, I don’t think this will happen because he has a very correct attitude to work. He is distinguished by incredible calmness, he is always in his element. His flying style can be compared to art, it is a pleasure to watch him.

Max is already in the top five drivers of all time, he has already reached the same level as Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher, Lewis Hamilton and Juan Manuel Fangio.
