Schwartzman hopes to enjoy driving Ferrari in first practice at Dutch F1 Grand Prix

Russian and Israeli Ferrari driver Robert Schwartzman expressed hope that he would enjoy driving in the first practice of the Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix, noting that the Zandvoort track is quite difficult.

Schwartzman will replace Spaniard Carlos Sainz in the first free practice session of the Dutch Grand Prix on Friday.

– I will try to help the team as much as possible by completing the work plan for setting up the machine and collecting data that may be useful “Ferrari” in the second half of the season.

Zandvoort is one of the hardest runs on the calendar and I’ve only hiked it once for real. This was before its configuration was changed. Having driven it on the simulator, I can say that the track is difficult, with tight corners, it is difficult for a car that works on the limit on many sections. Despite the difficulty, it is a very interesting track. I hope that Friday I will have a great pleasure to drive, – quotes Schwartzman on the site Ferrari.

Last year, 23-year-old Schwartzman took part in training in Austin (USA) and Abu Dhabi.
