Valtteri Bottas is expanding his business interests in alcoholic beverages. We talked about the Finnish gin Oath, but now he has turned his gaze in a completely different direction and presented his brand of Australian shiraz.
The product is made in South Australia in the famous McLaren Valley by Oliver’s Taranga, and Valtteri decided to call it the Finnish word Ihana, which means “beautiful, delicious”.
Of course, the legend has already been invented that when Bottas first tasted this shiraz, made by Corinna Wright, a sixth-generation winemaker, he was completely delighted and said this very word.
A gift set of two bottles of this wine in a very attractive box is already available for online orders – all this is called Edition #1 and is offered for $ 160. Simple arithmetic suggests that the price of one Ihana container will be $ 80, which at the current exchange rate tends towards 8,000,000 rubles. To say the least, this is not an everyday wine, although there will undoubtedly be passionate fans of Bottas’ racing talents who will try his shiraz anyway, after which they too will exclaim: Ihana!
