Singapore Grand Prix: Track changes and DRS zones

On the eve of the Singapore Grand Prix, the FIA ​​spoke about changes at the Marina Bay circuit and confirmed the location of the three DRS zones.

The configuration of the city ring has changed compared to last year. Instead of turns sixteen, seventeen, eighteen and nineteen, a straight line appeared.

Organizers have resurfaced the area from the start of the pit lane straight to turn six, as well as the area from the entrance to turn fourteen to the exit of the new turn sixteen. The paint on the pit lane has been replaced with anti-slip paint.

The location of the third DRS zone has changed compared to 2022. The interval measuring point for the first DRS zone is located in turn four and the activation point is forty-eight meters after turn five.

The interval measuring point of the second DRS zone is one hundred and two meters before the thirteenth bend and the activation point seventy-eight meters after the thirteenth.

The third DRS zone interval measurement point is located one hundred and five meters after the apex of turn seventeen, and the activation point is located at the exit of turn nineteen.
