To exercise this right, Haas F1 will be required to provide new evidence in accordance with Article 14.1.1 of the International Sporting Code, after which the responsible stewards will meet again that weekend to reassess the situation.
The chances of a revision of the results from the American weekend are minimal, but the FIA must address the uncertainty surrounding the circuit boundary violations. It is best to leave the riders alone.
