Not only the activities of the race organizers are distinguished by their size and scope, but also the preparations of the Formula 1 teams, for many of whom the race weekend in Las Vegas will also be a very important event, and not necessarily in a sporting context . feeling.

“The race in Las Vegas requires a huge amount of effort from our department,” said Victoria Johnson, marketing director of the Mercedes team. “We are preparing the most comprehensive program we have ever undertaken.

Logistically, we have to overcome very serious difficulties, because over the weekend we will receive 3,500 guests, and all this will be handled by a team of 200 people. At races like Miami and Vegas, the planning process alone takes a full year, but these Grands Prix provide us with new marketing opportunities and allow us to connect with new audiences.

Both races required huge investments from the team. In the US we have many suppliers who have proven to be reliable partners, and in Las Vegas we use their services. We have also created our own logistics hub in America, where our equipment is located, which allows us to significantly reduce transport costs.

As this race attracts enormous attention from the press and fans, we have decided to develop a new ‘club’ concept: in Las Vegas we will have our own guest area, separated from the Formula 1 paddock, giving the team complete control over everything can keep. that happens there and organizes the entire program and manages all processes.
