Aston Martin F1 has announced an agreement with Arctos Partners, which has become the team’s new investor. It is a privately held company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and has extensive experience investing in sports. The specialists will share their specialist knowledge with Aston Martin, and extensive business connections in the corporate world will contribute to the further development of the team.
Artcos Partners will become a minority shareholder in AMR Holdings GP Limited, the holding company that manages the team’s assets. The transaction is expected to close before the end of the year.
