Alex Albon: We have a clear goal for the Abu Dhabi stage

In the battle for seventh place in the constructors’ championship, Williams is seven points ahead of his closest pursuers from AlphaTauri. In Abu Dhabi, British team drivers Alex Albon, Logan Sargent and Zach O’Sullivan, who will take part in the first practice, plan to do everything they can to maintain their position in the championship.

Alex Albon: “For the last race of the season we have a clear goal and task in the constructors’ championship. An interesting stage awaits us – the track has never really suited our car, but after changing the configuration a bit it suits us better. You have to stay focused, do your work and not make mistakes.”

Logan Sargent: “I’m looking forward to the season finale in Abu Dhabi. The aim is to help the team maintain seventh place in the Constructors’ Championship.

I know the Yas Marina circuit well from previous performances in the youth series. I hope we continue to improve throughout the weekend and get a good result.”

Zach O’Sullivan: “I’m very excited to get behind the wheel of the FW45 for the first practice session in Abu Dhabi. It’s fantastic to have been given this opportunity so early in my career and I can’t wait to try out the latest generation of Formula 1 cars. I would like to thank Williams Racing for their support. It will be great to work with Alex and Logan all weekend.”
