Williams completed its planned testing program – Logan Sargent and Alex Albon tested new 2024 tires on one car, and Franco Colapinto and Zach O’Sullivan worked on young driver testing on another…
Zach O’Sullivan: “A good day. Last week I gained useful experience during the first training, we understood in which direction we had to work. We did a few series laps and I was able to attack more actively than last week. Thank you to Williams Racing for the opportunity to get behind the wheel of the FW45 this weekend.”
Franco Colapinto: “Getting behind the wheel of Formula 1 for the first time with Williams was incredible. It’s hard to describe all the emotions and sensations I experienced today. Ever since I was a child I dreamed that one day I would get behind the wheel of Formula 1, and with the FW45 I had a great experience. A great way to end my first year at the Williams Driver Academy.”
