Oliver Goethe, recently accepted into the Red Bull youth program, will drive in Formula 3 for Campos Racing next year.
Last year he won the Euroformula Open series title (11 wins in 26 races) and at the end of that season he made his F3 debut with Campos, but this year he competed for the Trident team and finished 8th in the individual competition.
However, at the Macau Grand Prix, which traditionally crowns the season in Formula 3, he drove the Campos car again, finishing 9th, and will now spend the full season with the Spanish team.
Oliver Goethe: “I am happy to be back with Campos Racing for the full season. In 2022 this team helped me and my F3 debut went very smoothly. This year, after the end of the season, we worked fruitfully in tests and then performed together in the Macau Grand Prix, and all this creates a positive mood on the eve of the next championship.
My goal from the start of the season is to regularly fight for podiums and victories, that is the most important thing.”
Goethe’s partner, a driver with dual Danish-German nationality, has not yet been named.
