Not many people know the true picture of the health of Michael Schumacher, who suffered a serious head injury in December 2013. Among them is former Ferrari team leader Jean Todt, who maintains friendly relations with the family of the seven-time world champion.
In a new interview with La Stampa, Todt said he continues to visit Michael regularly, but obviously has not released any information about his condition.
Jean Todt: “Michael is my friend and I consider him part of the family. I visit him regularly and we used to watch races on TV.
But when asked “How is he?” it is impossible to find the answer because the answer may not exist. It’s better to keep everything private. All I can say is that I love Michael and his family, and their right to privacy must be respected.”
