Athletistic / Formula 1 Dutch Red Bull driver Max Verstappen has won qualifying for the Austrian Grand Prix and will start from first position in Saturday’s sprint.

The pole position was the 16th of Verstappen’s career, putting him ahead of Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, who finished qualifying in second place.

This season, the Dutchman has won qualifying three times, while Leclerc has won six. However, Max was able to win in six races, and the Monte Carlo native only in two.

Verstappen won the Austrian Grand Prix pole for the third time in a row.
