At the Formula 1 committee meeting yesterday, it was decided to increase the teams’ budgets by 3.1% to offset inflation-related cost increases, but Vasseur stressed that the cost of offsetting the serious damage the team has suffered as a result resulting from the accident will not lead to cost overruns.
