British driver Abbie Pulling is preparing for her second season in the women’s F1 Academy series, but will represent the Alline F1 team there in 2024.
Last season, Abby, who trains at the Alpine Academy, finished on the podium seven times, started from pole twice, recorded the fastest laps in four races and finished fifth in the drivers’ standings.
Next year, the 20-year-old will continue to compete in the F1 Academy for British team Rodin Carlin, while Alpine F1 will officially support the women’s series from 2024, like all Formula 1 teams.
Abby draws: “I am very grateful to spend another year at the Alpine Academy and have now been commissioned by the Alpine F1 Team to represent them at the F1 Academy, which is a great honour.
This will be my third season in the team’s youth program, I am very happy to be part of the Alpine Racing family and to have the support of the Formula 1 team. I hope I have a successful year and can achieve good results for Rodin Carlijn”
