Carlos Sainz is training and preparing for the season in Spain – for several days he has been sharing photos and short videos on social networks dedicated to this process.
Everything takes place during a sports camp at the European University of Madrid, where the Ferrari driver works on a special training program together with friends and colleagues under the guidance of sports medicine doctors.
Among the well-known faces in his circle we see, for example, Roberto Meri, a Spanish driver who has participated in many series over the years – only last season he managed to make his mark in the Australian Formula S5000, in the electric Formula E and in the Japanese Super GT Touring Car Championship.
Carlos trains in the gym, runs cross-country, cycles on mountain roads and also races cross-country with Roberto in a small buggy.
Sainz titled a selection of photos: ‘Training camp. Part 1″. This means that the second part is expected to appear, in which he will talk in more detail about how the preparations are going for the upcoming championship.
