The Ferrari team announced in December that the presentation of the 2024 car would take place on February 13. The name of the new product has not yet been announced, but according to the team’s internal documents, the new car is called ‘Project 676’.
The Italian publication Autosprint managed to find out some details of the upcoming presentation. Last year the Scuderia organized a ceremonial presentation of the car at the Fiorano circuit in the presence of fans, this time everything will be much more modest.
Remembering the experience of last year, when the management made loud promises at the presentation that could not be fulfilled, Ferrari left the big presentation in 2024. The car will be shown on the team’s official website. As Autosprint writes: “The Scuderia hopes that this approach will cause less hype in the press and that fans will not have high expectations.”
In addition, the online presentation will make it possible to hide the car’s characteristics from rivals, who will only be able to assess the new Ferrari on the first day of testing in Bahrain on February 21.
