The 18-year-old driver from Thailand Thasanapol Intrafuwasak will make his Formula 3 debut next season – the German team PHM Racing announced a contract with him, partnering another newcomer, Joshua Dufek. However, the Swiss cannot be called a debutant in the full sense of the word, as he already started working in F3 last year during the final stage in Monza as part of Campos.
Over the past two seasons, Tasanapol has gained experience in F4 and the Middle East Formula Regional (FRME), but so far he cannot boast particularly impressive successes. He is currently participating again in the FRME Winter Series and is in 7th place in the individual rankings after two rounds.
Tasanapol Intrafuvasak: “I am very happy to announce that I will be driving for PHM Racing in Formula 3. I would like to thank everyone who made this possible and thank the team for giving me this wonderful opportunity. Now I can’t wait to start working in Bahrain in a few weeks!”
