“The dream continues” – this is what Charles Leclerc called a short video dedicated to an important event in his life and career – the extension of the contract with Ferrari, which is only known to have been designed for more than a year.
“Ferrari literally means everything to me,” Charles says in the video. “I started dreaming of playing for this team when I was only three and a half years old. I then watched the Monaco Grand Prix for the first time, looked for a red car on the track and dreamed of one day becoming a Scuderia racer.
Ferrari believed in me, helped me get into Formula 1, and performing in our team colors around the world is an incredible experience, because we feel the very warm support of the fans. I consider it a great honor to be part of our team, which has now become family to me.
Formula 1 occupies a big place in my life, winning the world championship with Ferrari is my biggest dream, and I am doing absolutely everything in my power to make it come true…’
It is also striking that the music that sounds behind the scenes was composed by Charles himself in collaboration with the French pianist and composer Sofien Pamar.
