At the presentation of the new Aston Martin car, Lance Stroll assured that he is ready for the coming season and wants to regularly compete for good results together with the team.
Lance Stroll: “AMR24 is a very interesting project, the creation of our new car required a very serious effort from everyone. Of course, we are setting high goals for ourselves this season: the team plans to earn points regularly, fight for podium places and maybe we can get our first victory – that would be great! Overall, we’re going to show our opponents what our team is capable of.
Obviously we’ve had some incredible years and Aston Martin has made huge progress and continues to develop, so the future looks very bright for us. I return to work with renewed vigor, I have become physically stronger, I have improved my mental condition – in a few winter months I have had a wonderful rest, regained my strength and am ready to fight.
Now we mainly concentrate on studying the new car; During the tests we will have to thoroughly understand its characteristics to best prepare ourselves for the first races of the season.”
