Carlos Sainz will have to spend his last season at Ferrari, after which Lewis Hamilton will replace him. Despite this, the Spanish driver confirmed that, if necessary, he would be ready to help teammate Charles Leclerc in the fight for the title.

Of course I will help Charles if necessary. But I’m counting on Charles to help me when I fight for the title.
My desire to win races and become champion is not diminished by what will happen in 2025. The team and I have a common goal and ambition for this season. The fact that I won’t be driving for Ferrari in 2025 doesn’t mean that I don’t want to be a champion with them or win races next season.”
