The investigation into Christian Horner could be completed as early as next week, writes The Times from London.
According to the newspaper, Red Bull really wants to accelerate the research to put an end to both the uncertainty and all unwanted phenomena that disrupt the normal operations of both the company and its team. The material published in such a reputable publication also shows that Max Verstappen is not ready to support the team leader, and this is becoming a factor that increasingly affects the situation.
Unveiling the team’s new car on Thursday, Horner denied all allegations and confirmed he plans to work on both pre-season testing and the Bahrain Grand Prix, the first race of the season, scheduled for the first weekend of March.
However, the investigation, entrusted to an independent lawyer, continues without taking into account the Formula 1 calendar, and Red Bull may make a decision in the coming days. Apparently the desire to speed up the course of events is related to new circumstances of the case, which were recently reported in the Dutch tabloid De Telegraaf.
