After the Ferrari 499P hypercars of the teams that participated in the World Endurance Championship under numbers 50 and 51, the livery of the third car was presented in Maranello.
The sports prototype with license plate 83 will be driven by Robert Kubica, Robert Schwartzman and Yifei Ye, and this AF Corse team car has a different design.
The livery is dominated by bright yellow, symbolizing Enzo Ferrari’s birthplace of Modena, but there are also elements of the traditional red and black.
A similar color scheme was used last year when decorating Ferrari cars, especially at Le Mans, but as the team’s press service writes, the colors are used “in reverse order”, that is: yellow took the place of red .
The official two-day tests in Qatar, the so-called ‘Prologue’, start on February 24 and the first stage of the WEC will be held there on March 2, at the Losail circuit.
