The current Agreement of Concord between the Formula 1 teams, FOM and FIA expires at the end of 2025. Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff has no doubts that a new agreement will be signed, but some issues, such as possible adjustments to the management of the championship, have yet to be discussed.
“There are several points we rely on,” Racingnews365 quotes Toto Wolff. – We will conduct commercial negotiations, but that does not mean that everything will be turned upside down. We recognize everything Liberty Media has done for the sport and Stefano Domenicali is doing an excellent job.
We have no disagreements on fundamental issues. But we want to discuss the topic of championship management and find a better way to make decisions going forward so that it is in the best interests of the sport. This is what we are discussing now.”
