The woman who accused the managerRed Bull » Christian Horner of indecent exposure, has hired lawyers and is currently considering next steps, the Times reports.
Earlier, Dutch publication De Telegraaf reported that one of the team’s employees accused the Red Bull boss of inappropriate behavior. The 50-year-old sent sexually explicit messages to one of the team’s female employees and then offered her around £650,000 (€760,000) to keep quiet. Red Bull opened an independent internal investigation into Horner and as a result the man was acquitted.
The woman has worked at Red Bull for four years now. She has until March 6 to challenge Horner’s acquittal.
