Spanish pilot “Aston Martin” Fernando Alonso achieved the best time during the second free practice session of the second stage of the Formula 1 championship – the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
During the second practice session at the Jeddah circuit, two-time world champion Alonso set the fastest lap in 1 minute 28.827 seconds. The second was the British Mercedes driver George Russell (+0.230), the third was the Dutchman Max Verstappen (+0.331) from Red Bull, who is the current world champion.
On Friday, the drivers will begin the third free practice and qualifying sessions.
