McLaren announced the names of two drivers included in the youth program. They are Alex Dunne and Martinus Stenshorn, who compete in Formula 3. The British team will further support them in their career development.
Alex Dunne: “It is an honor to be part of McLaren’s youth program and I look forward to working with the team. The team will provide me with everything I need to further develop my skills and pursue a career in motorsport.
I am grateful to Zac Brown and Stephanie Carlin for their support and look forward to getting to know the whole team in Woking.”
Martinus Stenshorn: “I am incredibly excited to be part of the McLaren youth program and honored to be part of this racing family. The team has a wealth of experience in developing talented riders and I look forward to learning from their experience.
Thank you to Zach, Stephanie and the entire team for trusting me. I can’t wait to start working together.”
After two rounds of the Formula 3 season, Stenshorn has ten points, while Alex Dunne has earned six. In the individual competition they occupied thirteenth and seventeenth place respectively.
